At Carrousel, we offer flexible delivery and pickup options tailored to your account type and operational needs. Whether you’re ordering online or need a quick solution, everything is in place to make your purchasing process seamless
1. Delivery Options
Delivery for non-account clients or Regular Members
- Delivery handled by Purolator
- Delivery via Purolator is available within Canada only. For orders destined for the United States, other transportation options may be available depending on the nature of the order and destination. Please contact us to learn more about the available options.
- Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and apply to all orders,regardless of order value.
- Order preparation fees:
- Orders under $250 (before taxes): $25 preparation fee
- Orders of $250 or more (before taxes): no preparation fee
- Delivery times vary depending on products, quantities ordered, and delivery region.
Delivery for PRO Members
- Delivery handled by Carrousel’s fleet or by an external carrier, according to the agreement established with the client
- Shipping fees:
- Orders under $250 (before taxes): flat $25 shipping fee
- Orders of $250 or more (before taxes): free shipping
- Expedited delivery option:
PRO Members may choose delivery via Purolator to receive their order faster than their next scheduled delivery day. In this case, shipping fees are at the client’s expense.
2. Store Pickup
Store pickup is a convenient option for urgent or last-minute orders.
- Available for in-store purchases or by selecting the pickup option when placing an online order
- No minimum order required
- No delivery or preparation fees
- Allows for quick access to merchandise, often the same day, depending on product availability
Pickup orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on:
- The products ordered
- Quantities
- Inventory availability at the servicing branch and across the Carrousel network
- The delivery region
Orders requiring next-day delivery must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
In-stock products are generally delivered quickly. For specific needs or special projects, our team can assist you in identifying the best options.
