A certified eco-responsible commitment

In November 2023, we obtained the ECO-RESPONSIBLE™ Certification – Level 1: Commitment. This international certification, created and administered by the Conseil des industries durables (CID), recognizes our commitment to preserving the planet’s resources while acting as a responsible corporate citizen within our communities. To achieve this certification, we implemented our sustainability strategic plan and established an Eco-Responsibility Charter. We are committed to continuing our progress toward higher certification levels and to sharing our advancements along the way.

HACCP Certification

Carrousel is proud to have obtained HACCP certification for its five warehouses, the result of rigorous work carried out over more than a year. Addressing the critical issue of food safety in the industry, the HACCP method is based on a system for identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards that could compromise product safety in our daily operations.

The implementation of the prerequisite programs required for HACCP certification led to a complete review of our procedures as a distributor of packaging and sanitation products. These programs include, among others, employee training, pest control, good manufacturing practices and supplier evaluation.
